I had an amazing stay at NYX Cancun! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe, especially after a hurricane hit just before our arrival. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive, and the food was fantastic with lots of options. However, I did encounter some issues with customer service and a few amenities that could use improvement. Overall, I loved my experience but left with a couple of concerns regarding certain aspects.
Our stay at Hotel NYX was simply fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, from accommodating our room requests to providing excellent service by the pool and restaurants. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to shopping and nightlife. However, we did have some noise issues with the adjoining room in our master suite, which made us uncomfortable at times. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend it!
